Brand Audits

We start with an initial assessment designed to provide you an objective, high-level view of your current brand (or brand family) situation. We will learn about your target markets, business strategy, core values and corporate culture. We will assess all your brands, your marketing communications, as well as that of your competition. We will also interview or survey your employees, customers and other key stakeholders about your brand image.

All of these audit activities will provide practical insights, create a sense of inclusion among employees and allow us to determine what is critical to tackle first. Think of it as brand “triage”.
